Deep Funk In The Forest is back again on September the 20th and brings another night of floor shaking funk, soul, jazz, disco, latin ,afro goodness.

Kohinur Hall in Upper Main Arm is the spiritual home of the Deep Funk parties and will again be packed to the rafters will punters ready to shake their rumps to the funk.

Dancing begins at 8pm and get there early as the dance floor fills quickly.

Beats will be provided by our in house DJ's Sheik Yerbooty, DJ Shuffle and the Funk Fanatik.

Expect to hear everything from Brazilian Favela Funk to Percussive Disco and rare Funk 45's

Luscious healthy food will be provided by Funkey Forest kitchen.

Deep Funk in The forest will also be donating 20% of profits on the night to "The Ecuadorian Save a Hectare Project " run by Rainforest Rescue.

So come out and dance with like minded souls and help support this great cause.

If possible carpool and get a lift with friends to minimize parking issues at the hall.
